KLOW is a four-component research blend built around complementary mechanisms studied in tissue-repair research: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV.

BPC-157 is studied for its activity on VEGFR2 and Akt/eNOS signalling and angiogenesis. TB-500 is studied for its role in actin regulation and cell migration. GHK-Cu, a naturally occurring tripeptide–copper complex, is studied for its effects on gene expression linked to collagen synthesis and tissue remodelling. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, is studied for suppression of NF-κB inflammatory signalling.
